Pairings for Dehydrated Meals

While our meals are made to be well-seasoned and satisfying on their own, a little can go a long way if you pair it with some other components. If you have the ability to bring along fresh items, it can really add to the meal - especially when sourced locally!

Fresh Sprouts.
Sprinkling nutritious sprouts on the top of chilis, soups, stews and even our variety of risotto’s are a great idea. Sprouts often pack a big punch of vitamins, minerals and fiber. We recommend Urban Grow Farms for delicious, sustainably grown, leafy vegetables.

Fresh / Dried Herbs.
One of our favorite herbs to sprinkle on a dish is cilantro, as well as parsley, mint, dill and more. Fresh or dried.

Vegan / Dairy Cream Sauces.
Greek yogurt and vegan sour cream can make some great sauces. We love a tangy tzatziki sauce, and make dehydrated chipotle mix you can put on anything.

Fresh Veggies, Cheese, Bread & Tortilla Chips
Use what is in season! Green onion, freshly cut tomatoes, cucumber, greens, and a variety of cheeses and breads will add greatness to any meal.

Fermented Goods
Things like Kimchi, pickled turnip, and sauerkraut add a perfect punch. We recommend a variety Punch & Jingles House of Ferments.
