Vegan Chipotle Chili
Smoky chipotle chilis add a kick to this classic campfire comfort food. Organic beans and kale provide protein & fiber, while a variety of fresh veg gives you vitamins and energy in the form of complex carbs. An incredible choice for longer, colder days!
Serves: *2 people; 225 g
Ingredients: Beans (black, pinto, kidney), tomato, sweet potato, onion, carrots, celery, corn, kale, chipotle peppers, garlic, spices, Fire & Stone freshly ground coffee, cocoa powder, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper, kosher salt
Need: Pot, water, heat source, spoon. Optional: bowls for sharing, side of bread, add beef, cheese, etc.
