Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Classic trail meal, classic flavor. Canadian-grown apples & organic cinnamon take the lead in this breakfast of choice. Filling, incredibly nutritious, and lots of fiber!
Serves: *2 people; 165 g
Ingredients: Organic rolled oats, dehydrated apples (apples, cinnamon), powdered maple syrup, hemp hearts, cinnamon, salt
Need: Pot, Water, Heat Source, Spoon
Directions: Pour contents of pouch into bowl(s). Bring 1 1/2 C water to a boil, add to bowl(s), and let sit 5 minutes, covered, or until water is absorbed, stirring once. Add more water as needed for desired consistency.
